ROGER PAVEY JR.

is a multi-hyphenate multimedia artist working in the performing arts. Currently, he is the Creative Content Associate at the two-time Tony-winning Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Connecticut, where he leads brand identity, graphic design, and photography efforts year-round, and event designed for both the annual Monte Cristo Award and Winter Cabaret series.

Roger made his Off-Broadway debut in the Fall of 2024 with United Solo at Theatre Row. In Summer 2024, he was on the Production Staff at the renowned Williamstown Theatre Festival, working in Electrics, Production Assistant, and general crew roles.

Roger graduated in May 2024 with a B.A. in Theatre, Graphic Design, & Film from Augustana College, a small liberal arts school in Rock Island, IL, where he also served as the Graphic Designer/Marketing Director and Scene Shop Supervisor for the Department of Theatre. In the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area, he contributed to 50 theatrical productions in his 4-year undergraduate career as a director, designer, actor, manager, and administrator. Roger has also contributed graphic design and video work for numerous other arts organizations, and served as a theatre critic for the River Cities' Reader.

Additionally, Roger worked for the Des Moines Metro Opera in their 2022 50th Season as the Marketing Intern, holds two international film awards, and was hand-selected to participate at the 2024 Adobe Creative Retreat in Chicago, IL.
